ROSWELL, GA – A day after the death of Roswell High School quarterback Robbie Roper, players and coaches across the United States and at home pay tribute to him.
Roper, 18, died of routine shoulder surgery in Florida on Thursday.
The quarterback had just completed his senior season and led the Hornets to the quarterfinals in the AAAAAA class.

The double-threat quarterback has received college offers from UMass, Morehead State, Morgan State and Western Carolina, according to 247sports.com. He was also receiving stares from the University of Florida.
